The Journey is Yours. Explore the Possiblities.

Allow Me to Introduce Myself
My name is Kelly Kolar, and I believe in the magic of becoming.
I am a California girl, born and raised. Minutes from the Yuba River, surrounded by oaks, pines, and cedars, the Sierra Nevada foothills of this diverse state are where I call home. The changing seasons have always inspired me - the brilliant greens of spring, the golden glow of summer, the deep reds and oranges of autumn, and the crisp blue of winter. Nature, art, and words have always been part of who I am.
In 2022, I travelled to Egypt and unknowingly stepped into my own becoming. Walking through ancient temples, standing before monuments built thousands of years ago, I felt something awaken within me, something long forgotten. Strength. Spirituality. Sensuality. It was the spark that set me on a path of self-discovery, one that led me to uncover parts of myself I had not realized I had lost.
Since then, writing, movement, meditation, and creativity have guided my journey- each step revealing something new. From these experiences, The Art of Becoming was born - a way to help rediscover the strength, spirituality, and sensuality existing within you.
Nowadays, you can find me writing beneath a sprawling sycamore tree, painting in bold and unexpected colors, working hard at the gym, wading into the cool waters of the Yuba River, or snuggling my mastiff, Cricket, fully embracing the life I once thought was out of reach.
And now, I want to help you uncover yours. Join me for reflections, inspiration, and practical wisdom - delivered straight to your inbox.
My Perspective
I believe becoming isn't about changing who you are. It's about uncovering who you have always been. Strength is already within you. Spirituality is a return home, and sensuality is your birthright. My work is about helping you rediscover the magic that is already yours.
